10.6 Server questions regarding permissions

On a mac server with 10.6 Server, I made share only accounts for the Windows users.

 

I also made a group for these users called PC users

 

I set the permissions to read only for a certain folder

 

 

The good news is I am able to access the shared folder from windows now.

 

The only issue I am having is the windows users can somehow have full control to read and write.

 

I am not sure why, but I did set them as read only for that folder.

 

Any ideas?

 

 

 

P.S. I know active or open directory is preferable . However my client request for it to be done this way.
