Rage-
ALC889 @ GA-H55M-USB3 F11 AppleHDA 10.6.2 rollback + ALC8xxHDA (Macman's injector) + DSDT from Tonymac's database, 10.6.8/10.7 Example of the sound When system boots, its okay, but when I change sound volume even once, I'm getting constant background squeaking which is not depending on whether is something playing or not. А tonality of that squeaking is changing when I'm setting volume higher or lower. Even with volume completely turned of, still I'm getting it until reboot. If ALC's driver is not activated there is no that noise, tryed ubuntu live CD and there is still no any noise from it. Any ideas how to get rid of it, please? Rage-
I had this in Windows7 too, even with updates. It was resolved be installing the latest realtec driver. Sadly, I can't do it in hackintosh. It would be nice to investigate it.
