problem starting xcode under vmware

Hello,

i use mac os lion 10.7 under vmware, i just downloaded Xcode from the appstore

and install it but when i trying do start a new project i get an error meesage

i tried deleting the cache but still doesn't work

also i am runing vmware under windows 7 home premium x64 , intel core i3

Try reinstalling the XCode, the problem is reported in general on apple forum. Make sure iTunes and iTunes helper is not running.
