raynn
Hi everyone. I have an Asrock Conroe1333 revision 2 board that worked fine under Snow Leopard. Network worked without any kext, audio required HDaudio. I just did a fresh install onto a new hard drive (to preserve my SL installation). I used http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=259068 as my guide. Lion does not detect a LAN port nor audio port. Does anyone know how to get either one working? Does a 64-bit version of HDaudio exist and work in Lion? More importantly is network, of course. Any help appreciated. Thank you. raynn
Well, got everything working. Migration Assistant restoring from my old SL disk brought audio back. Installing Realtek's official OSX driver got networking going. Not bad for my $150 hackintosh. Intel Celeron Dual-Core Processor E3300 2.5GHz (Though Lion reports 1.2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo...) Asrock Conroe1333 Revision 2.0 Standard SATA DVD/HD Firewire card nVidia 7300 SE (Anyone know if Lion is using only the speed it reports?)
