Help: Lion KP, No HPET (Please Help)

Hello everyone,

I installed Lion successfully but there's a problem when booting

 

I get kernel panic says "CPU 7 has no HPET assigned to it"

 

some people said to install NullCPUPowerManagement.kext so I gave it a shot and now I get

ACPI_SMC_PLATFOMPLUGIN:: START_waitingforservice(resourceMatching(appleIntelCPUPowerManagement) timed out

 

I have Chameleon RC5 r1187 which I manually installed

I can boot with the one installed with Chameleon Wizard (As I recall it was r750) but no QE/CI

(Graphics Card: ATI Gigabyte HD 4670 1024 MB)

 

So someone told me to install the latest trunk chameleon to make it work but as I said above I get this error messages

 

also I tried to boot with -x PCIRootUID=1 but no luck either

 

(I use no DSDT.aml)

(I have also a fully functional 10.6.8 which I'm posting from right now and the Lion on different Hard Disk)

 

 

I'm really desperate and need your help
