some problems with audio card reader and bateries

hello

 

 

i installed the snow leopard 10.6.8 and in my mac the most inporat things run goog,

the auido sounds but i cant regulate the volume, if the volume is loud i cnat put it louder or lower

my audi card is Realtek ALC 268

 

 

te mac doesnt recognice teh batery of my laptop, y put the power mangement but it didnt run or i didnt install correctly

 

 

my last problem is that i have a Ricoh RL5C592843 but it doesnt run in mac, the mac doesnt recognice it as card reader,and y instlled one kext but it produced a kernel panic.

 

other thing, i cnat see the rpm of fans, i cant see it with some apps???
