Dock magnification animation not smooth.

I have a strange problem that I don't saw until now... If there's a window opened and it's active, then the dock magnification animation isn't smooth, but only if it's magnifies the two ends of the dock (the magnification animation smooth on middle). If I click on the wallpaper (so when no active window), the dock animation is smooth everywhere.

Mission Control, changing desktops and other animations are smooth.

 

Anyone have an idea what causing this?

 

Edit.: I think I fixed it with changing model from imac10,1 to imac11,1 and changed serial number and boardproduct in smbios.plist. It's smooth now.
