Dl100 G2 Need help installing OS x

Hey everyone i have a dl100 g2 server

The specs are

Intel Pentium D 3.0 GHz Dual Core/800 MHz FSB

- 3gb ram

- Ati Rage Xl graphics (inbuilt)

- no sound card

-4 x 500gb sata hdd 7200 RPM in 2 x 15gb raid 5 and 2 x raid 0 1tb

- External Smart Array Controller w/ Hardware RAID and 128MB Write Cache

- Dvd drive

The problem i face is that the hard drives aren't showing up

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have tried Iatkos - 10.6.3 i think

SnowLeo - 10.5.?

And Ideneb - 10.5.6
