zypheruk Posted July 4, 2011 Share Posted July 4, 2011 Hi guys I got lion gm installed only problem I have is no gfx acceleration with my Ati 4850, I do have full resolution. DVD Player gives initialisation error and clicking the launch icon takes forever. Any help much appreciated, I didn't have this problem in dp4. I upgraded to 10.7 with no issues (I installed the package you provided on the first post - first link). I updated to 10.7.2 and since then I cannot boot. Can you help me please?.. Thanks! uzmi Posted December 4, 2011 Share Posted December 4, 2011 1) Install Lion 10.7.0 without injector, enabler o kext for graphic. 2) Install Chameleon and choose Graphics Enabler =Yes 3) Updated to 10.7.2 Reboot with -v PCIRootUID=1 4) Add your Vendor and deviceID in info.plist of ATI4800Controller.kext (repair permissions and rebuild cache) 5)Verify that Graphics Enabler => Yes is in your org.chameleon.Boot.plist and add PCIRootUID=1 or modified this line Name (_UID, One) in your DSDT Works in 10.7.2 but not in 10.7.0 http://www.megaupload.com/?d=5EK5Y4R6 Regards.
