rboland Posted July 3, 2011 Share Posted July 3, 2011 Hey all, I just put together my first hackintosh. I'm running an i5-750 on an ASUS P7P55D-E LX mobo with an ATI HIS Radeon HD 5850. Everything is going fine except that when I use two monitors the main display flickers. This seems to be a fairly common issue with this card... I was able to fix it under windows by playing with the overclock settings. I'm not sure how I can do that on a hackintosh though, any suggestions? Basically all I've done (graphics card wise) is update to 10.6.8 and it runs natively. Thanks in advance! Not very practical but for the time being, will have to do :/ Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't think we're experiencing the same issue. Unplugging/replugging doesn't help the flickering any.
