Kernel-panic after installation Snow Leopard 10.6.6 HAZARD on Gigabyte GA-EP43-DS3L + Intel Core 2 Duo E8500

Hello to all.

I'm using Leopard 10.5.8(iAtkos) for two years already. I decided to install Snow Leopard 10.6.6(Hazard). Kernel-panic is the result. The BIOS settings are taken from

video. OS settings are taken from this video. The results are seen in the screenshots.

If someone will give a link (to the tracker or ftp) for ready assembly (which is suitable for my configuration), then I'm ready to download.
