So I was following blackosx's guide for the EP45, I get through the install fine (have to boot with -v -x for the DVD) but on reboot, won't work. Booting -v gives me a garbled screen (due to my HD 4850, I think), and booting -v -x like I did for the install hangs at "using PCI-Root-UID value 1". What should I do??? :)

I'm installing from 10.6.0 DVD. I can't even get into SL after the install which is annoying... What do you mean by edit the DSDT device?

Thanks.

EDIT: Nevermind, it seems like the PCI-Root-UID error was caused by a bad bootloader. Booted using ##### CD, installed Chameleon from the official website and used PC-EFI boot file, all seems to be working now!
