Paul Brown
Hi guys, I've just installed Hazard 10.6.6i on my Toshiba P500-14L. Pretty much everything works on it, besides the WiFi. I currently have the RTL8191SE Wifi/Bluetooth Combo Card and i want to upgrade it to something similar that will work on my Hackintosh. Is there any reccommended cards that i can install into my Laptop? I have access to a Ralink RT3090 (I think... It's in my Girlfriends Sony Vaio PCG-21313M) which i can directly swap with mine, but i've read that they won't work in OS X. Unless thats changed now? Otherwise it's onto Ebay to find a new card (preferably in the UK so i get it quicker). So any suggestions would be very much appriciated! Thanks a lot! Paul Brown
Ok so i got myself a Broadcom BCM4311KFBG for £10 from Ebay. I've read that it does work in OS X, sadly it's only a Wireless G card, but i'm good with that until i get a BCM4321, but they come from China, and delivery would take a while I'm not sure if the Bluetooth is built into the Main Board, i'm hoping it is, as from what i can see, it's not on the wifi card, which will be better for me.
