bmas
Make Retail Instalation .. This VGA works in SL (10.6.8) and Lion (DP4, here just has for the moment a little problem after wake) with GraphicsEnabler=y, and Trunk Chameleon. If you stay with your Hazard installation, try with lastest Trunk Chameleon (you can install it by Chameleon Wizzard) and GrapchisEnabler=y, if not work try with GraphicsEnabler=y AtiConfig=Flicker or Motmot. Good luck. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/260661-ati-radeon-hd4670/#findComment-1703183 Share on other sites

cypherx
Can you get DVI/HDMI to work with multiple monitors? Right now I have DVI on a second monitor HDMI and VGA on primary. The monitor detects HDMI signal when booting and going into windows, but after the grey apple logo the monitor goes black, then comes back onto saying Analog (VGA). I get full resolution and everything... but I'd rather the signal come from HDMI so I don't have to do "Auto Adjust" and get a tad better image quality. But more importantly, I really miss my second monitor. Saphire HD4670 1gig 10.6.7 Chamelion RC5 bootloader. Try my boot file. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/260661-ati-radeon-hd4670/#findComment-1706842 Share on other sites
klh6686
I currently have a system on 10.6.8 with a asus 4670 512mb running two 24" monitors at 1920x1200 via hdmi > dvi cable and dvi > dvi cable. The weird thing is that they only work together, I can't run one monitor alone and when I sleep my system, when it resumes only the dvi monitor will come on, I cannot get a signal out of the hdmi no matter what I try. I installed on 10.6.0 using a cheap nvidia 8400gs i believe, then upgraded to 10.6.2 and swapped in my 4670. I ran my system this way for quite some time and just today upgraded to 10.6.8. I don't really recall what I did to get my graphics cards to work, I don't recall doing much of anything special. I can post any files or screen shots if it will help.
