I've asked this also on tonymacx86 because I'm using the latest #####.

My mobo is GA-EX58A-EXTREME

I was using ##### and assorted kexts, but I cleaned up my system and started using DSDT method. I can now easily boot in 64-bit mode, however there is a glitch. While booting, the system waits for too long for DSMOS. I've seen the threads about that, but I couldn't find a remedy.

My / owner is root:admin. So that's not the problem. How to fix this?

This is terrible, it hangs there for 2 1/2 minutes. It also hangs a bit on 32-bit mode, but it waits less I guess. Any suggestions? The 32-bit mode waits, too, but this is worse... I don't think I had this when I wasn't using DSDT, the boot time was very short.
