Windows HDD does not work after hackintosh

Well, I've done hackintosh successfully. I removed my Windows formatted HDD before I start Hackintosh, then changed storage configuration from BIOS and finished Hackintosh.

 

After all, I reconnected my Windows HDD, but it didn't work.

 

Then I formatted that HDD again and it started to work. But my question is:

 

Can I do Hackintosh without having any problem with my Windows HDD. I don't want to lose all my data on Windows. Is there any solutions for that?
