Shut down / Power off problem, freeze

Hello Everyone.

 

I have a Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS 4 with a Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550. Snow Loepard 10.6.7 runs good on it and I'm really happy

 

But I have one little Problem.

 

When I want to shut down the Hackintosh it doesn't shut down.

I just see the blue screen and after a few seconds the text that i have to restart the hackintosh appears.

I need to power off the computer via 10 sec press on the power button. If I'm rebooting the PC the same Problem occurs.

 

Can somebody help me with that?
