wokko
Finally after months of trying to install snow leopard to my Pc, it's all up and running and everything so far is working good. I have tried so many different versions of snow leopard and leopard with so many head aches like cant boot dvd , cant install to disc error , installed good but cant reboot or reboot ok and hang somewhere on the intro start. As everyone knows it is trial and error but found only one dvd that works great with my Pc. Pc Specs: Asus Amd Athlon 64 3500+ mobo m2vtvm-vm890 2 gig ddr2 ram 2.2 ghz geforce gt220 graphics Rtl8169 nic DvD : Hazard snowleo 10.6.1 + 10.6.2 combo ( update the sys to 10.6.7 with some head aches but got it down to an art) Options on install kernel Modbin graphicsenabler Amd patch ( I think that is what it is, the last one on options) applert? (it tells you what to use when you selected Amd patch) and thats it When up and running install lin2mac rtl81xx for internet download 10.6.7 dmg copied kernel and /extra, /Library/Extentions to desktop done the upgrade and before reboot deleted kernel and /extra libray/extentions folder and put what I had on the desktop back and reboot and everything is fantastic.
