Here's my hardware: - CPU: Intel Pentium IV@3Ghz - RAM: 1GB DDR - GPU: ATI Radeon 9550 / X1050 Series - Motherboard: ASRock P4i65G - HD1 80GB - HD2 20GB (Very Old) And... Yes... everything (Hard Disk, DVD-Drive) is on IDE >.< When I try to boot from the installation DVD, i get this error Is there a way to solve this problem? Try booting with: cpus=1 -v And use the Legacy kernel as one of the options when you install.
