Ivo Minchev Posted June 12, 2011 Share Posted June 12, 2011 Hi Sorry if I have bad English sometimes. I'm totally newbie with MacOS, but I have good experience with PC's at all. Today I tried to install Snow Leo on my laptop Acer AS 1410. I found that one guy had a successful installation for this model here. At the first graphical window I used “Disk Utilities” to format the volume from NTFS to MacOS Extendet (Journaled) format. My DVD passed the verification. The installing process begin, but at the beginning stopped and displayed the following: Install FailedMacOS could not be installed on your computer The installer could not validate the contents of the 'MigrationAssistant' package. Contact your manufacturer for assistance. Click Restart to restart your computer and try installing again. See the image below. Please help me! Where I'm wrong?
