Nafizur Posted June 11, 2011 Share Posted June 11, 2011 Hey guys, i been trying to install snow leaporad 10.6.3 using the iAtkos s3v2 for the past few days and have been unsuccessful so far. I really need some assistance to get this installed correctly. Trust me, I have search the whole forum and Google for solution. I am successful installing the Snow Leopard, but when the OS boots, it just gets stuck at APPLE logo. Please provide me with some assistance to get this matter resolved. You must boot with -v (verbose mode) to actually see what is going on "behind the scenes" while it's booting. I'm guessing its a SATA/IDE Controller error. At the boot prompt type -v and see where it stops. ifrit05 Posted June 11, 2011 Share Posted June 11, 2011 Exactly, a SATA/IDE Controller error. In your BIOS try setting your SATA mode to AHCI or RAID. If that doesn't work, reinstall iATKOS and in the driver section choose Intel SATA/IDE. Can you please help me with that as I have no option to use a Ethernet cable; the router is in a different room.
