Installing iAtkos S3 V2 on Core i5 760

Please if any body knows a way or a tutorial, please help me. So I tried booting using (-v -x -F busratio=20 cpus=1) it booted after some time but it wouldn't recognize any of the hard disks I have installed.

 

System Specs:

 

Motherboard: ASUS P7P55D-E Pro

Processor: Intel Core i5 760 @ 4.01GHz

RAM: 4GB Corsair XMS3 1333MHz DDR3

Audio: VIA Audio Controller

Graphics Card: MSI Nvidia Geforce GTX 560Ti Hawk Edition

Hard Disk(s): 2xWestern Digital(1x1TB Caviar Black(6Gbps) & 1x320GB Caviar Green)

I've tried 20 only, most of the time it says "bug: bla bla bla bla bla"

That's not very informative. It would best if you could get a picture of the screen output where it fails.

Oh my bad I misread your first post. If it boots but doesn't recognize your disks then there is nothing wrong with the cpus or busratio options.

 

Go into the BIOS settings and set the storage configuration to AHCI. It should be able to see your drives as long as they are connected to the Intel controller. I think the JMicron controler should work as well but it may be more problematic.

But I have Windows 7 installed so would that be a problem if I change it to AHCI with Windows 7 installed on one of the hard disks

It is possible to enable AHCI in Windows.

So I enabled it, gonna try restarting and installing now

I've now enabled AHCI and booted with -v -x -F Busratio=20 cpus=1 and it reaches a point where it says SystemShutdown false and nothing comes after that.
