Can't install iAtkos S3 V2 on Asrock H55M/USB3

Hi,

I have a problem installing iAtkos S3 V2 on my PC.

The first issue I had was that after booting up the DVD it showed the grey screen with the apple logo for the half of a second and the rebooted all of a sudden. After entering busratio=22 I could pass this problem. But now I have a new one: After the first grey screen disappered the second one came, where I was able to move the mouse while the PC was still loading files. The coursor also changed to the "spinning circle" and back to the pointer but then, all of a sudden the screen gets black and the PC shuts down. I think this is just before you should be able to choose a language because on another machine I can easily reach this next step with the same DVD. On the last black screen, there is something written but it only appears for a very short time. So I can only guess what it says. I think it's something like stop loadin kext....

I hope you can help me with my problem.

I already tried various entries while booting like -v -x -f mamem=2048 cpus=1 etc. in different variations but nothing helped... I also opened the PC and removed the wifi card and the GTX460 but nothing changed.

I also tried many different settings in the BIOS but that either didn't fix the problem.

The hardware configuration is the following:

Intel Core i3 530 2,93GHz

Asrock H55M/USB3

4gb ram

EVGA Nvidia GTX460 768mb

LiteOn iHOS104 Blu-ray drive

Thanks in advance!

...and please excuse my language mistakes... :D

I now tried various Boot CD's and also SnowOSX 3.6 but nothing will work...

Anyone has a hint for me?

As already mentioned I can get to the point where I am able to move the mouse but just before the language selection, the PC shuts down all of a sudden.

Hello, you solved the problem?

I have the same configuration with H55M/USB3

I followed a guide with original Snow Leopard, and I can end it.

The first reboot I do it with #####, then install the DSDTSE, extract the file and put it in descktop, then start the ComboUpdate ##### 10.6.7 and finally choosing "userDSDT and install" system utilities.

On reboot I get the new boot loader and successivamenet the gray background with the apple logo, but will remain fixed at that point and I have to force a restart.

If I boot in verbose mode, the system stops at this line:

disk1s1s2: ioctl (_IOR, 'd', 79.4) is unsupported

I tried with another hard drive but nothing

What can you do?

I wasn't even able to install Snow Leopard because the system shuts down just before I can even choose anything.

What was your approach? Did you use ##### and a standard retail Snow Leopard DVD? Which boot options did you use?

the installation is correct but i don't able to start system without #####...
