Migrating to new pc

Hi all, I originally installed a hackintosh partition using ##### for a core2 system with an 8800GT. I have built a new computer w/ an 1156 socket HM55 motherboard w/ a GTX480. My problem is when I try to plug the old hackintosh installation in to the new system my usb ports and sound no longer works. It will still boot w/ video. I've tried disabling legacy USB support but that just disables the usb during the boot process. I no longer have access to my old system, but I can access the hard drive via a sata-to-usb converter to my mbp.

Is there a way for me to update the usb drivers some how? I'm not too familiar with the hackintosh/#####.

Thanks!
