The smaller Delta update won't work. If you installed and booted 10.6.3, then you do not have a SleepEnabler problem. Since you force-quit out of the 10.6.6 installer, there is no telling what is corrupt or partially installed. Your only recourse is to start over with 10.6.3 and try 10.6.6 again. You could also get your hands on Hazard 10.6.6i and install it instead of 10.6.3, and then you don't need to go through the 10.6.6 Combo update. rlf
retail, i didnt follow that because i had a retail copy, should i get atkos? Not necessarily. Whether you use retail or iAtkos, you still have to follow up with the 10.6.6 updater which so far has proven to be a problem. If you get Hazard 10.6.6i then you are past the 10.6.6 problem. My suggestion: 1. Try again with retail. 2. Go to the Apple menu and select About this Mac and see what version you just installed. 3. If you can perform an SHA1 checksum, you can check the integrity (corruption) of the 10.6.6 updater because the Apple page has an SHA1 checksum on it. 4. (Try to) install 10.6.6 update 5. If that fails, go get Hazard 10.6.6i and try to install that.

It must be changing out a driver or file that it needs to operate to keep running. I guess I would now suggest iAtkos or Hazard.

rlf
I should download a iatkos dvd of it? or should is that an updated modified version of 10.6.6? As the instructions indicated (mac os 10,6,3 with atkos s3 v2), it is a modified version of 10.6.3 which then still needs to be updated to 10.6.6 using the exact same combo updater that is crashing. Hazard 10.6.6i is, as the name implies, a modified version of 10.6.6. In actuality, they are retail DVD's modified with extras that many Hackintoshes need - modified drivers, etc. If you choose none of the extras, then you have essentially a standard installation. Did you ever verify what version of retail you have? By checking About this Mac?
