MochaX
I tried installing SnowLeo using this guide: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...I+Radeon+HD4200 The installation finished and prompted me to restart. So I did... My PC restarted and my monitor said No signal but my PC was clearly on. I tried to see if Cap's lock or any type of keyboard lock would light up... nothing. So my peripherals aren't being detected at all. And on top of that, the bootmenu won't show (That screen that prompts me to press F12, F8, F2 ect...) Well that won't show as my monitor won't detect anything so me trying to reinstall Window's at this point is impossible. Does anyone know a way I can fix this so I can install Windows? I've had enough of OSx86 for a while... Thank you.
DougJoseph
That sounds more like a hardware problem, instead of an OSx86 problem. Sounds like either your video card went out, or part or all of the motherboard went out. The part of the initial boot up, where you are given a chance to enter into BIOS setup or choose a boot device, has nothing to do with any OS (neither Windows nor OSX) and it should show regardless. Getting no signal at all to the monitor (and other hardware) is more than just an OS issue.
