hposx Posted August 24, 2006 Share Posted August 24, 2006 Installation with the prepatched DVD works fine: Create a primary partition in raw format. Make active. (diskpart) Boot on the DVD. Format with disk utility in HFS (first screen) Follow the instructions. No need for special dualboot soft: darwinloader propose all the partition (press F8) booting or increase the time in com.apple.boot.plist. Three partitons: 1 primary with windows XP, 1 primary actuve with tiger-x86, 1 FAT 32 extended for the documents. Ethernet, Modem, Wifi doesn't work. Video works with artefacts and bad resolution (don't seems to have a solution yet). I really don't understand how the same videocard used in the mac book pro doesn't work properly on an other machine... But that's life.
