nikkokick
Hello! At my school I managed to get my hands on a retail Macbook Mac OSX Install DVD. It has been used to install OSX on the Macbooks we have on my school. However, the IT-Technician gave it to me when I told him that I would like to try out a Hackintosh on my PC. Now, this DVD is being used to install OSX on Macbooks without any optical drives. So with this DVD you can install the OS on Macbooks without optical drivers, thru a computer that has a optical driver and acts like a "host" or something. Is there by any way I can extract the OSX Snow Leopard 10.6.3 from this DVD? Because on my PC I obviously have a optical driver and I'm not in need of an remoted install. So can I get the OSX from this DVD like the same retail as if I would buy the regular Snow Leopard DVD? Thanks in advance!
