otama Posted September 15, 2005 Share Posted September 15, 2005 First of all, sorry for my poor english... ive installed the patched dvd and everithing's fine... but i have an anoying problem i just can hear the left channel. it must be a kent/driver/codec/software problem, because it happens with every headphones and speaker i try. also i have tried to move the sound balance(?) control under system preferences... when i move the slider to left, it sounds fine. if i move it to right, sound stops. please, anyone could help me? the sound tab says: Line out AC97 Audio (PCM) SPDIF out AC97 Audio (SPDIF) EDIT: maybe this could help... my motherboard: ECS Elitegroup extreme KV2 (wich sound chip?) thanks for every little help... ops... im really sorry, te problem has been adressed many times... feel free to close this topic, please....
