Here a quick guide for installing OSX 10.6.7 on P55A-UD4 motherboard.

For me Sleep/Wakeup, PS2 and IDE drives not working

The config specs :

MOB Gigabyte P55A-UD4 (Bios version F15)

CPU 2,8 GHz i5

RAM 8 GB RAM

GPU GeForce GTX 460 1GB

You need :

A retail version of OSX Snow Leopard + 10.6.7 combo update

DSDT file in attachment or get it from tonymac's blog

Patience of course...

Before Starting keep only 4 GB of RAM (keep only white slots)

Reset to default options

In Integrated Periphals, put your SATA Controlers in AHCI Mode

In Power Management, ACPI Suspend type must be S3 mode and HPET in 64 bits
