italianogrosso
I'm trying to install Snow Leopard 10.6.3 from ORIGINAL retail DVD on my AMD based PC, with Sempron 140 processor on Asus M2N68-VM motherboard (GeForce 7050 PV/nForce 630a chipset). I'm able to boot with nawcom ModCD 0.3.1 , it seems to start kernel correctly (some warning, some odd error but in the end all seems OK), but as I arrive to installer GUI the mouse refuses to work. I can make just the first installation steps (language selection, license agreement) using keyboard, but i can't access disk utility in menu, so I can't initialize the disk. On the motherboard there is only one PS2 connector, so I've tried PS2 mouse/USB keyboard, PS2 keyboard/USB mouse and USB keyboard/USB mouse, but in all the combinations mouse doesn't work (keyboard is always OK). Ah, the same mouse on the same machine works correctly under Linux and Windows. Any hint? Thanks in advance and sorry for my eventually poor english, Maurizio. oldbrad
Make sure in your bios settings that ps2 mouse & ps2 keyboard or usb mouse & usb keyboard are enabled or disabled.
