ssdcommander Posted April 25, 2011 Share Posted April 25, 2011 ok i have an acer aspire 7736z and i have mac installed on one partition, ubuntu on another. i am using bootthink as my bootloader, and everytime i boot, mac gets my router, and when i go into networking the light is green, i am getting ip address ect. but when i go into safari it says im not connected to the internet. i click on diognostics and it says the first 4 lights are green and the last two are red. now my ipod touch and my netbook and that computer running ubuntu work correctly. so why is mac doing that? if there is any way for me to clear this up tell me, and if there is something wrong please tell me. thanks ssdcommander P.S. i have reinstalled 6 times and each time it does that. at one point it didn't so i know that there is a way to fix Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/255602-networking-problem/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
