rosking Posted April 25, 2011 Share Posted April 25, 2011 hello, i was installed iATKOS s3. i checked just natit on setup and no problem with my 8400m gs after the setup. BUT, after i installed marvell yukon 88e8055 kext. ethernet card is working but my 8400m gs is down! (no quartz extreme --) i tried nvenabler, nvinject, nvkush. but no results thanks. hari.iiitb Posted May 5, 2011 Share Posted May 5, 2011 Hi, You don't need to do Natit for quartz extreme. It's really simple to get Quartz working. Inject your device string (mine is 0x10c310de) inside GeForce.kext, NVDANV50Hal.kext under the key "IOPCIMatch". Then do a reboot, you will get the graphics working nicely. Much better than installing a separate kext for it. /System/Library/Extensions/GeForce.kext/Contents/Info.plist /System/Library/Extensions/NVDANV50Hal.kext/Contents/Info.plist /System/Library/Extensions/NVDAResman.kext/Contents/Info.plist Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
