Can I install?

I have two questions:

 

1. What are all the different OSX86 installs? (iAtkos, Kalyway, etc.)

 

2. Which one would be best for my computer? I used to have Kalyway but I upgraded recently and now that install doesn't work. Here's my new system specs:

 

 

ASUS M4A78T-E Motherboard

AMD Phenom II X4 965 @ 3.41 GHz

8 GB DDR3 RAM

IDE DVD R/W drive

 

Finally, is there any way I could install osx86 on a SATA hard drive?
