[HELP] iAtkos S3 V2 Installation on Desktop PC

Hello! First than all, here are my PC specs:

 

Mobo:

Intel DP35DP

 

Processor:

Intel Quad Core 2.4GHZ

 

Network: Intel Gigabit

 

BIOS Drives Configuration:

RAID (No RAID is actually set up, i had to leave it like RAID in the BIOS because when i tried to put it in AHCI my Win7 stopped working after giving a BSOD so i needed to put the setting back in RAID to make it work)

 

I've tried to install it with different customized options, and it DOES install successfully, but when i try to boot, i get the following error (even with cpus=1,cpus=2 boot options) everytime with any of the options, i get the next message(-v mode):

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

 

BTW is an MBR install on a partition specially dedicated to it, but the disk is the same i use for Windows 7.

 

I managed to get it almost fully working on my alienware m11x R3 using the same HD in dual boot with W7, but no luck on my custom PC, any orientation please!! THanks!!
