Hello Guys,

I bought 2 weeks earlier an intel mobo the D510 with the dualcore 1,6 ghz proc.

The plan was to create an "HTPC with XBMC." i always have apple stuff..so my htpc must be running OSX ;-)

and don't say "....buy an AppleTV..or something else" lol ;-)

I used a usb 16 GIG (space) formatted in MAC OSX Extended journaled and created 2 partitions (GUID) and copied the original retail disk of SL 6.0 on second partition. The first partition is for the chameleon boot.

i have tried different versions of the chameleon bootloaders, the latest i tried was the experimental version RC5 747

Also i tried to adjust the boot.plist en the SMBIOS different versions of .kext files.. etc etc etc

the previous versions of chameleon before i used the RC5 747 was the error "ACPI Tables not found" in the ssdt.aml.

but then i used the RC5 747 version of chameleon.

ACPI table not found: SSDT.aml

FADT: Restart Fix applied!

FADT: Using custom DSDT!

Found ACPI CPU:

Found ACPI CPU:

Found ACPI CPU:

Found ACPI CPU:

SSDT with CPU C-States generated successfully

SSDT with CPU P-States generated successfully

RSDT: Added 2 SSDT table(s)

FADT: Restart Fix applied!

FADT: Using custom DSDT!

Added 2 SSDT table(s) into XSDT

Starting Darwin x86

But when i hit return.. it also generates in a error :-(

And this is with option -v

if i didn't use the -v option the error will be "EBIOS read error:device timeout"

So i'm stuck...

Maybe someone with more experience can help me out?

Best Regards,

Miles

And i have flashed my BIOS with the latest BIOS-version that INTEL has distributed...

Hi. I have D510MO too. I'm trying many versions to install mac os, but can't solve the stuck in first boot. To solve kernel panic you must use patched mach_kernel to work with atom processors (get already patched from there). I try NetBookInstaller 0.85 which work normal with GMA3150, but boot anything stuck after strings "ACPI state...".

I think the trouble in video(i remove NVDA*, GeForce*, ATI* from retail, and make mkext. Maybe need patch with GMA3100 kexts), or other kext's.

Boot debug may be help, but dont know how use it.

P.S. Sorry for my English. Now i trying to instal 10.6.3 retail, with Chameleon 2 NBI, and patched DSDT.
