drpewpew
Hi - It was reasonably easy and straightforward to build my hackintosh. I have it installed on a 250gb drive. I have moved my home directory on to a second drive which is 1TB in size and which is also GUID and Mac OS Ext (journaled). I have an external NAS which is a time machine host. I want to be sure that I have backups of all my data (photo's and videos etc). Is Time Machine good enough? I realise I would have to rebuild my machine manually but having done so can i restore the user data via Time Machine? Do I need Carbon Copy Cleaner if I am using time machine or/and vice versa? Thanks, Doc Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/253819-is-time-machine-all-i-need-to-protect-myself/ Share on other sites
