Need help to install MAC on AMD system

My system:

Asrock A780GM-LE/128

AMD Athlon 4400e (Sempron 140 unlocked)

2GB Team RAM

HDD 120GB Fujitsu sata 5400rpm

DVD-ROM IDE Ma{censored}a (Panasonic)

 

I'm trying to install iAtkos S3 V2 from DVD, but it freeze. after that I reset PC, boot from DVD Drive then I press F8, type: -v,

result: still waiting for root device.

 

i downloaded darwin boot cd, i boot from disk then replace that disk with iAtkos S3 disk, so it boot in to the iAtkos installer, and installtion completed. But when I boot to MAC from boot menu it only had black screen and my PC still not responding.

 

so and solution to install MAC to my PC? I need your help!
