johnbellone
I have been noticing this on and off since the beginning of my Snow Leopard hackintosh install, and it is basically the only thing from keeping me content with the installation. I have done a little bit of searching and not been able to find anything regarding this (very lite searching through Google). Basically, I notice that I occasionally have some graphical glitches when using Finder which may cause the buttons to become distorted, along with any dialog popups, and once or twice I've seen the application menu bar even get screwed up. I am attaching a screenshot of the example in Finder. If this requires a complete reinstall of the operating system I am alright with that. This thing has been running smoothly for quite awhile, and I figure with the impeding 10.7 official release I'll spend time to get that up and running as well (if/when). Thanks much! maximus8086
I had the same error issue updating to 10.6.7 from 10.6.6. Solved by installing the updated nvidia drivers found here. You will need to register to download. http://www.tonymacx86.com/1010110101/tonym...IDIA-Update.zip Update: This seems to make the problem occur less but it does still occasionally happen. Force quitting and relaunching the Finder fixes it for a while. Not sure what causes it.
