Hello,

i think i need some help becauses of somes problems with my Hackintosh ...

so, first here's my configuration :

i5 750

ASUS P7P55D LE

Sapphire HD 5770

WLAN : Linksys WMP600N (chipset Ralink)

i've download iAtkos S3 V2, and setup my BIOS,

so the installation runs perfectly (just little freeze when Mac OS boot ...)

i don't know what to choose at the "customization" screen, i just select Chameleon RC5 and my WiFi card.

i never get com.apple.boot.plist en /extra/ folder.

but i don't know how to make my Radeon HD 5770 work :x

i've try with some files from Netkas, but i got a large bluescreen at startup of Mac OS ...

i've both upgrade : 10.6.4 & 10.6.6 if it can help.

can someone tell me how to solve this problem ?

thank you

PS : i'm french, sry for bad english sometimes

OMG !

i can't :)

and i hate the board interface, with all the post linked at the bottom of the page.

if someone had already read this topic, and can tell me the most important point ...

thanks

You can change that display mode by going to the Options to switch from Outline to Standard if my memory serves me well. Basically you need a Chameleon boot loader that has support for the card in its boot file then you an use the GraphicsEnabler/Yes key pair in your com.apple.Boot.plist that can be found on the site as well by Kably I think it is or you can use an edit in your DSDT.aml if you have one that is contained in the linked thread a couple of pages before the end as it now stands, if you search my posts then you will see where I suggested an edit to it to get rid of the junk characters that were being displayed.

Edit: Now I think on it some more an easy way to get the Chameleon you need is going to the tonymacx86 site and getting the ##### then using it to install only the ATI Expermential boot loader this contains the changes you need in it.

I've seen that 10.6.7 support HD 5770 nativly

can i upgrade?

Sure you can upgrade but just because OS X supports the card does not mean it will work for you Apple uses EFI firmware in the ROMs contained on the cards PC cards do not have this flashed onto them so you still need a boot loader/injector of some type that supports what you want to use in a PC for it to work.
