cashng
I am running acer aspire 3820t, after all the installation, everything is ok, but the wireless/airport cannot be activated. tried looking at many places including here for the solutions, where there is a enabler, which does not work too. Is there any other ways to do it? I tried to find the patch/installation package of BCM43225, it just cannot start the wireless card in the computer, so do i change the card? or someone can provide a better solution? I am trying to install on an Aspire 3820T. Mine has Atheros AR5B93 WLAN and Atheros AR8151 LAN chips. I tried using ##### + Retail DVD. Install went fine. On reboot after the initial install, it found the WLAN automatically. But when I tried to install 10.6.7 combo update, I got a kernel panic...I never got as far as running ##### so the install never completed and cannot boot again. Could please tell me what method you used to install ? Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/251431-bcm43225/#findComment-1690596 Share on other sites
