They are installed by the update.

 

For what I have read, the nVidia card won't work even if you manage to install the update bypassing the Intel HD kernel panic. At least nobody got it working until now (AFAIK).

In the Boot prescribes the screen resolution and reboot. Here I want to try and upgrade can not!

I hope you could help me with this boot problem. You have already fixed my Asus G53SW dsdt. All works well as long as I boot first with leagcy [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] CD and then choose my disk.

 

But when I boot directly it is stuck on apple screen, and if I use -v boot option after displaying verbose stop, screen goes dark and stays so.

I think your N53JQ seems very similar to G53SW, I was wondering if you have any suggestion how to solve this problem.

Yes, can you still help? I am using a legacy kernel but cannot get the speed step and the rest of native functionality working. I think it is really the boot issue. And here is the bdmesg log:

Hi, i have an Asus N53JL and i would like to install osx on it, i tried using the guide for the n53jq but when i boot hackboot and insert the disk i get this (see pic) , its the first time that i tried that ( so im a noob) ,inserting the disk without hackboot it loads but in the installation it gives me an error ..

Any idea how can i install it?I saw that there is a modified version called OSX Hazard which they say is more compatible

I also tried Niresh OSX but when i boot the system it crashes ...
