lolhorsie
Okay, so i've tried about every distro, every combination of drivers etc. but i just can't get it to work! I always end up with either that please reboot screen, or kernel panic(which i guess are the same?). I've tried to read the guides on this forum, but no dice. So is there anyone who could help me to choose the correct settings and/or distro that works? I can't seem to find my exact motherboard on that compatibility-page either(XFX). I have iDeneb, iPC, iAKTOS. PC specs: nForce 680i LT with Phoenix BIOS, version 6.00 PG (Don't think it has ACHI) Nvidia Geforce 9800GTX Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 @ 2.40GHZ(stock), MMX, SSE (1, 2, 3, 3S), EM64T, VT-x 2GB DDR2 333 MHz RAM and 3 HDD's connected through SATA-cables (http://paste2.org/p/1293973 if you want to get really technical:D) Thanks for any help:) Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/251048-nforce-680i-lt-please-help/ Share on other sites
lolhorsie
Hmm, i changed the HDD boot order in BIOS to the HDD with Mac OS on(silly that i didn't do this 50 installs before) and was able to boot into Mac OS . However, there seem to be some sort of tearing/white lines all over the screen!
