Hi

I recently installed iAtkos v7 (I checked MD5 – it’s all correct) via USB (as the computer has no DVD drive) on my extra computer (Intel Pentium 4 @ 2.80GHz and and integrated intel chipset of some kind (not sure how to check without an OS installed)) using ddmac to put the ISO on the USB.

However after installation I (possibly because instead of watching online instructions I just did the norm and kept hitting next in the installation) was stuck in a reboot cycle. For hours I tried to look around the web to attempt to fix this (including changed busratio and cpus in boot parameters) however I couldn’t figure it out.

After installing I decided to try and get up the installation again to see if I could fix things however whenever it opened up, the apple logo appeared and then it hung at the “light blue screen of death”.

I heard the light blue screen of death can be to do with your graphics card (and was confused as installation opened before) so I figured that maybe installation installed some weird, wrong drivers that were screwing thing up and so I used gparted live cd to delete the current partition and make a new. Unfortunately after this I can still only get to the light blue screen on setup (after which it hangs and then the computer switches off).

Please Help – I really can’t figure out how to fix this (As you may have been able to tell, I’m new to Hackintoshes),

Thanks,
