Lotustar Posted March 3, 2011 Share Posted March 3, 2011 I have a Dell Inspiron 1000 notebook and have tried a million times to install Mac OS on it. Every distro I have tried fails. Even tried iPortable Snow. All a no go. I found one post online where a guy said he got Tiger installed but he left no instructions. Does anyone have ANY ideas how to make OS X work on this Dell? bbeepp Posted March 11, 2011 Share Posted March 11, 2011 Bump! Don't bother. There are no drivers for SiS M650. 512 MB shared with GFX is too small for for Snow or Leopard. Your CPU is also out of date and I think OSX requires at last two cores.
