audio trouble with the GA-EX58-UD5 motherboard - help needed

hello,

 

we are manic & panic from berlin.

 

this is our first try to build ourselves a hackintosh.

 

so far, everything went perfectly smooth, but now we ran into some audio troubles:

 

 

we're using a gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5 motherboard revision 1, with BIOS F12.

 

installing snow leopard and the combo update went fine.

 

the onboard audio appeared in the system profiler:

unfortunately not in the sound preference panel.

 

we tried a lot of different drivers, like appleHDA.kext / HDAenabler.kext, LegacyHDAPlatformDriver.kext, various Voodoo kexts and so on.

 

those just made the onboard audio dissapear from the system profiler.

 

 

so we made repeated snow leopard installations and ended up with the appleHDAPlatformDriver and the AppleHDAkext in S/L/E.

 

it's the only driver combination that makes the onboard audio appear in the system profiler.

 

 

our question now is:

 

is there a driver that will make the onboard audio appear in the audio preference panel, and that does make audio finally working at all?
