I've managed to get dual boot working (sort of!) - Chameleon boots into OSX perfectly (I'm using OSX now), but when I try to load the Windows 7 partition from Chameleon, I get a "Windows Boot Manager" screen with this error:

0xc000000e

The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I've managed to fix this. Here is the solution for anyone with the same problem:

Load the Windows 7 install DVD and choose repair. It should automatically detect that there is an error with the system, so it repairs it and reboots into your Windows 7 partition. Download EasyBCD (I used version 1.7.2). Go to the Add/Remove button, click the Mac tab at the bottom and choose Generic x86 PC. Keep the name as 'NST Mac OS X' and click save. You can choose which parition you want as the default in the settings tab to the left.

Everything works, I have a dual boot OSX and Win7 system!

Thanks, PuzzleX! I had the same problem, and I have solved it with the solution mentioned above. Though, I hat do adopt it a little bit:

1) The Windows intstall DVD didn't saw the installed Windows and can't repair it boot process. I called the command line tool and set the windows 7 partition active (with the help of diskpart utility).

2) After reboot from the Windows install DVD again the existing installation was found and repaired.

3) Installed in Windows the EasyBCD 2.1

4) Chose "Add Entry" in the menu. Then:

5) Chose the Mac OS X type and

6) Load -type MBR (not EFI!) -> with EFI Mac OS was unable to load.

Now I have fully functioning dual boot with Mac OS X 10.6 and Windows 7
