Palacios
I made my mac to work good without DSDT. Video, Sound and Network working well. I have a gigabyte GA P55A UD3 V.1 motherboard Memory 4 GB DDR3 Corsair 1333hZ NVidia GeForce AVGA 9500 1gb I5-760, 2.80 GHz. LGA1156 , 1.800 Hz, 8MB Cache. Before I started to install the OS. you need to change the bios. Enable TO (ACHI ) POWER TO(S3 STR) AND TO (64 BITS) I boot up with ##### 3.2.0 For the ##### to work you need to update Mac. NO RESTARING TILL YOU ISTALL #####”. 1.I install (##### Install) 2. System utilities. (Rebuild Caches and Repair Permissions) 3… For audio (Audio AppleHDA Rollback and VoodooHDA 0.2.56) 4. Network (Lnx2Mac’s RealtekRTL81x)after instaling it will ask for a selection. Select the release version) 5.Video (NVEnabler) using right side connection DVI. 6. OSx86 Software (selected all drivers). So this is the way my system is working good. When I installed DSDT for GA P55A DS3 V.2 F11. I lost my sound and network. I made the sound to work with the driver(ALC887/866b) BUT BEFORE YOU INSTALL THIS DRIVER YOU HAVE TO DELET “VOODOOHDA” if you use DSDT. But the sound I couldn’t installed so if somebody knows how to make the sound to work with DSDT I might try to use the DSDT. But I don’t know if I deed to use DSDT. My Mac is working beautifully. No problems. Can some body tell me if the computer will work better with DSDT. So far is working good.
