I use the AnVAL V5.1.4 Boot file and it works almost perfectly. However, QE/CI doesn't work and I would like to see if anybody can help. Here is the details:

OS: Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.6

Graphic Card: Ati Radeon HD 5500 Device Id: 0x68da1002

Motherboard ASUS P5B-E

The system is working fine with GraphicsEnabler=yes. I tried UseAtiROM and put the Extracted ROM into /Extra folder but looks like there is no difference.

Hope someone can give me advice. Thank you in advance!

Hi,

Perhaps you should need to look at some different kernels, Mohammed Kairhy has some great stuff on this. You should read a bit on these pages (second one could be outdated)

or an easier way is to look at tonymacx86's forum, using ##### I managed to get my HD5770 working.

Don't know if there is anyone who can make it with HD 5500 (ID 0x68DA)?
