I have nothing plugged into the front panel usb ports but I use them all the time at the slow ohci speed. But some things I cannot use because no usb 2.0. I have spent many many hours trying to fix this and I need help from a guru. So PLEASE someone help.

Hello,

That can´t be all because there is just an ohci device and it can not get an ehci device.

Maybe USB 2.0 is disabled the bios.

Open your terminal enter lspci -nn and post the result here.

Command not found when I tried this command. I tried lspci -nn, Ispci -nn, with a space between l and -nn, without a space. None of it worked.
